Before 2010
Those days, the Indian car owners were happy using detergent and hair shampoo for cleaning cars. Obviously, the application pads used were worn-out-and-discarded clothes!!! The interior cleaning products used were disastrous, leaving the interiors oily and sticky. And specific paint protectors, tyre/plastic/glass cleaners were unheard of!!
And auto detailing was limited to crude service stations who used diesel and soap for cleaning and cheap waxes for polishing. The idea of detailing ended there! Professional car detailing was never done, instead indiscriminate “paint-rubbing” using big-sized wool pads with heavy rotary machines.
The most advanced paint protection then offered was the “Teflon coating”
2010
Started our premium auto detailing services – a whole-new experience for auto enthusiasts, in Bangalore. And we became one of India’s first-generation detailers who introduced premium car detailing to India.
From there, the journey was quite exhilarating, even though bumpy at times. We were relentless and at times looked stupid.
We always had our belief that the car we use is an extension of our personalities. Soon the thought transcended to many like minded Indians.
2012
One of the major challenges we faced along with other fellow-detailers was unavailability of quality products in India, so we decided to bring the best quality products to India. Hence we connected with many stalwart car detailers across the globe, identified the best-suited products for Indian conditions and hand-picked the greatest brands.
We started our web-store to Indian auto enthusiasts which satisfied their long-waited demand for premium car care products. GreenZCarCare.com is the first online store for premium car care products in India.
In 2012, we introduced ceramic coating in India which was a paradigm shift in Indian auto-care industry. Introduced CarPro to Indian auto detailing community.
2013
We started India’s first training academy for professional detailers to help Indian detailers to upgrade them for the latest technology products we brought. Most of the professionals across India are trained by us during that time.
We introduced Gtechniq & Nanolex in Indian car care products portfolio and increased the choices for the detailers to choose .
Still the climb was so steep. We did countless training sessions, demonstrations and answered thousands of customer queries. We learned a lot on our journey.
2014
Introduced Gyeon Quartz in India, one of the most premium car care brand in the world. We were happy to be a part of their growth from 7 countries to 80+ countries.
Introduced Angelwax, premium hand-made natural waxes from Europe.
2015
Introduced GreenZ Infinity Coat, a solvent-free hybrid polysiloxane based nano coating, developed in our R&D center in Japan.
Became Collinite USA’s exclusive pan Indian distributor, Collinite has a legacy from 1936 in making best hand-made value for money waxes. They have a huge fan-base across the globe and India.
2016
Started bodyshop & painting service along with other mechanical & maintenance services in Bangalore. We have done many restoration projects and given re-birth for many classics.
Our journey towards becoming a 360º service provider was almost achieved, but we never took rest, continue to challenge ourself and started many projects including IoT based solutions.
2018
Introduced GreenZ Infinity Shield, pre-coated self-healing PPF developed in our R&D center in Japan.
Introduced GreenZ Polishing System, designed in India, developed & manufactured in our R&D center in Germany.
2020
In 2020, GreenZ Car Care increased our service network and affiliation across India. Being an innovative brand, we are also have started our IoT integration projects. Our quality process is now certified by ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
