GYEON Coating Applicator Block – Easy application of Ceramic Coatings using GYEON’s ceramic coating applicator.
Features:
- Wrap with 4″ or 8″ suede microfiber cloths
- Use to apply any coating products
- This allows you to change the applicator cloth as needed because you do not want to re-use them if you have allowed, the liquid glass nano particles to crystalize on a used applicator suede.
- Also an option for removal of hazed coating when wrapped with fresh suede microfiber cloth
Specifications:
- Size: 3.5″ x 1.5″ x 1″
- Color: Dark Blue foam with Grey ultra-soft applicator foam on applicator side
Directions:
- Wrap with MF Suede
- Dispose of 4″ Suede and replace as needed after use with coatings
- For larger suede used for removal of coatings immediately soak in APC/water bucket until machine wash or else dispose of to avoid particles crystallizing on towel
Precautions:
- Immediately after use gently rinse applicator side of the ceramic coating applicator foam block, press dry, and allow to air dry completely before next use.

The block format gives much better control over product spread and pressure — you can feel exactly how much coating is going on and cover the panel in tight even strokes without over-applying. Works well with both CanCoat EVO and CanCoat Pro EVO without any compatibility issues. The suede surface picks up product efficiently without soaking it in, so there is minimal product waste per panel. Easy to clean with IPA after each session and has lasted through multiple coating jobs without degradation. The size is ideal for panel-by-panel work. Much cleaner and more professional feel than flat applicator pads.
