Shipping Policy

We have two shipping options, first one is standard and which will be shipped normally within 2-4 working days via surface mode and are generally delivered in 5-9 working days. The other option is express which will be shipped within 1-3 working days and are generally delivered in 3-4 working days.

However the dispatch time may take some days more when there is any sudden rise of order volume. And the delivery might take longer to the North-East destinations and areas with severe weather conditions or any political unrest. There can be unforeseen reasons due to any operational challenges by the courier company and we will not be responsible for such delays, though we will do all needful to arrange a speedy delivery by coordinating with the courier team in such situations. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

We ship throughout the week, except Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your order with any other possible couriers.

All liquid and aerosol products are shipped only by surface because of the restriction imposed by Bureau Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) and/or the Regulatory Requirements of the State on the courier service providers.

Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices. We are not liable to pay any additional costs or fees incurred in receiving the delivery.

Receiving The Package

If you think, you have received the package in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Please take fotos of the package with clear view of the shipping label and video of opening the package for claiming the damage. We will not be able to accept any damage claims without these.

Also, please call our customer care at +91 80 5688 5999 or email us at sales@greenzcarcare.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the package for any damage, once goods have been signed and accepted, we cannot accept any liability for damage.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer; however we can provide any support required but that will not be a contractual obligation.

Instead of using fancy packing materials, being a responsible organization which promotes eco-friendly products & processes, we decided to re-use packing materials as much as we can to recycle the materials.

At GreenZ, eco-friendliness is at focus of everything we do. We even integrated eco-friendly elements into our packaging wherever we could, we all know that plastics contribute heavily to environmental degradation and we ensure that we use the least possible plastics in our packings.
