Versatile Protection for Every Detailer

Collinite Beadcoat is designed to fit seamlessly into any detailing routine. As a stand-alone last step product (LSP), it provides 6+ months of durable paint protection on freshly decontaminated and polished paint. For those with an existing professional ceramic or graphene coating, Beadcoat acts as a maintenance sealant that enhances and preserves the coating’s performance over time. It can also be used as a lubricating drying aid after every wash once a base layer has been established — simply spray onto a wet panel and wipe dry with a microfiber towel for a slick, protected finish after every wash. It is not recommended for use over waxes or sealants, on tires, or on interior surfaces.

How to Use Collinite 100 Beadcoat

Always test Beadcoat on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure the desired result. For best results, ensure the surface is cool and out of direct sunlight before application.

Spray 2–3 pumps of Beadcoat onto one panel at a time and spread evenly using a GreenZ Finisher Edgeless Microfiber Towel. Buff to a high gloss finish with a clean, dry side of the towel. Work panel by panel across all painted surfaces and glass. For best bonding and durability, allow the product to cure before exposing the vehicle to water or rain.

As a lubricating drying aid: Following a wash — while the vehicle surface is still wet — apply 2 sprays of Beadcoat to one 3×3 ft panel at a time. Using the GreenZ Finisher Edgeless Microfiber Towel, wipe the entirety of the panel until dry. Flip the towel as necessary and change towels as they become saturated. Repeat across all painted surfaces and glass. Note: This process is only recommended if a previous base coat of Beadcoat has already been applied.

Surface Preparation Recommendation

For optimal bonding and protection, the surface must be free of above-surface contamination before applying Beadcoat. Use an iron remover to dissolve embedded iron fallout, followed by a clay bar or clay towel process to remove any remaining bonded surface contaminants. For below-surface paint defects such as swirl marks, light scratches, or marring, use GreenZ UltraFinish Polish 4500 with a GreenZ Hybrid Black Finishing Foam Pad on a DA polisher to refine the paint to a mirror finish. For deeper scratches, begin with GreenZ HeavyCut Compound 600 and a GreenZ Hybrid Orange Medium Cutting Foam Pad before finishing. Alternatively, the Collinite Pre-Wax Auto Polish 390 is a recommended one-step polish that prepares the surface perfectly before Beadcoat application.

Note: Do not apply Beadcoat on hot surfaces, in direct sunlight, or over waxes and paint sealants. Not suitable for tires or interior surfaces. Always ensure the surface has been properly decontaminated with iron remover and clay before application for best adhesion and longevity.
